The Leader As Coach Fast Track Program is a 10-week program divided into two sections: LEVEL-1 (4 weeks long) and LEVEL-2 (6 weeks long).
Both sections (levels) utilize a proven framework of 7 elements providing the optimal level of training and support.

Weekly Leadership & Personal Development Training
Each week Tom Heck, President and Founder of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators and creator of the Leader As Coach Fast Track Program will lead a live and interactive TeleClass. Each class is designed to help you make the transition from traditional manager to Coach Leader.
These weekly Leadership TeleClasses are held on Tuesdays from 1 to 2:15 pm Eastern (New York City time zone). The weekly Group Coaching Calls (detailed further down the page) are held on Thursdays from 1 to 2 pm Eastern. All calls are recorded and archived for your convenience.
TeleClasses -- Convenient & Dynamic Learning
It's easy and simple to participate in a TeleClass. Participants simply call a special phone number provided when you register that allows everyone to hear the instructor AND interact with (speak with) each other. A normal phone (land line or cell) is used -- no special phone technology is needed on the participant's end. Participants can call from anywhere.
The class is not all lecture - - far from it. In these TeleClasses you'll be treated like the professional you are and expected to show up ready to ask questions, give comments, and share feedback. It's a lot like a graduate level clas
The phone conferencing technology we use is state of the art. This sytem allows us to interact with each other in a way that is just like a live (in person) workshop. The instructor can even place you in discussion groups of 2 to 4 people to talk (privately) with each other and then "call you back" to the big (virtual) room. You'll be engaged like never before.
Recordings Archived
Each TeleClass is recorded and posted for all program participants to listen to (including those that missed the call) at a special password protected "Members Only Area" where participants can also download the class notes as a PDF.
