BONUS # 1 --
Working Solo With Large Groups TeleSeminar $37 FREE With Order
Imagine working with a large group all by yourself.
For me, a large group started off being anything more than 15 people. Than I graduated to working with groups of 30 people, then 45, then 150, then entire rooms full of people!
Each time I was scared. And most importantly, each time I stretched and learned.
On Wednesday September 27, 2006 I led a live TeleSeminar where I shared strategies, tactics, and tools for working solo with large groups. Participants paid $37 each to join in the call and now you get access to the recording plus all the class notes for free.
In this recording you'll learn about the 3 most important lessons to "get" when working with a large group. You'll also get the details on how to run 3 teambuilding games that work great with large groups. Not only that, I've included program designs for 3 large groups I've worked with.

NEW Debrief Cards $19 FREE With Order
Have you ever led a teambuilding activity then wondered how to debrief (process) the experience in a meaningful way?
Do you lead teambuilding exercises with small groups (3-4 people) and large groups (30 - 150 people) and wondered how to facilitate an effective debrief of an experience?
Debrief Cards are a NEW multi-use tool from the IATF designed to help you process experiences with groups both small and large.
One set of Debrief Cards is designed to be used with discussion groups sized between 4 and 8 people.
There are 8 cards per set of Debrief Cards. Supply a group of 4-8 people with one set of cards. If your group is larger than 8 people, divide this larger group into small discussion groups of 4-8 people and give each small discussion group their own set of cards.
If you're working with a group of 12 people, divide this group into two or three small discussion groups. If you're working with 60 people you would need 10 sets of Debrief Cards so you could create ten small discussion groups with 6 people in each group.
Debrief Cards are easy to use. Hereâs a sample scenario... CLICK HERE for full description of this product. How About Some Reviews By People Who Own The Book?

As a faciltator/coach I am always in search of fun tools to make a point. I regularly use many of the games in this book with my customers. These tools help me to get them thinking differently about solutions and the value of teams in their situations.

I work with Boys Scouts and scout leaders as a District Training Chairmen. Since the Boy Scouts of America "is game with a purpose" I use this book to find activities (games) that re-enforce the training sesssion or presentations. I really like the 'format' of the book... the safety reminders, debriefings, the materials needed sections for each activity make selecting an activity easy. I have preplaced entire presentations with activities and debriefing session. I've found that activities that "move" people are often more effective and teach or change a participant faster and longer than a presentation. GREAT BOOK - EXCELLENT RESOURCE for ANY leader!!!

Looking over at my bookshelf it's easy to spot the Teambuilding Puzzles book as it is the one with all the sticky notes poking out of it! As a college educator in an Outdoor Adventure Program
I deal with highly energetic students. This book has given me many in class activities and ideas to work with. We also use the book for ideas when organizing our annual Fall Games. An event dedicated to improving student retention. Overall a great addition to any educators library!! Thanks Tom & Team

I have been working with military teams and public school students for over 10 years. During that time I have never come across a better resource then the "Team Building Puzzles" book. Kids and adults’ alike love to play and interact, and this book is just the tool to ignite their imaginations and get their creative juices flowing. At least once a week I recommend this book to military recruiters to use in their classrooms in lieu of the standard podium presentations. Feedback from the field has been tremendous! If you are going to purchase one book or resource for training teams...THIS IS IT!

The book is easy to read, easy to use. I've used many of the activities with high schoolers. Each activity is detailed with physical & mental ratings that help choosing the right activity.

Tom-
I am director of high school ministries at Life
Fellowship church in Weatherford, OK. I have been
supprised at how well my high school students respond
to the teambuilding puzzles I use out of your book. To impress High School students is one of the toughest jobs in the world. They seldom think anything is relevant to their world. If these teambuilders work with them, they will work anywhere.
