As a PRO member, you're invited to participate in live monthly group coaching calls led by IATF President & Founder Tom Heck or one of our trusted and experienced IATF team and leadership coaches. Each month IATF President and Founder Tom Heck or one of our trusted IATF coaches leads a 60 minute Q&A / Group Coaching Call where you can ask questions and receive support.  This is the perfect environment to brainstorm with fellow IATF members on your particular challenge or opportunity. Due to the nature of a Group Coaching Call, we may or may not have time to address your particular issue. COACHING  GYM  Membership  $250/month

GOACHING GYM level membership provides you with something BASIC and PRO levels do not - - one-on-one leadership coaching.

GOACHING GYM level membership is perfect for Solo-preneurs working in the team and leadership development arena who want to grow and develop their business. You'll have direct access to IATF President & Founder Tom Heck through a unique "Coaching Gym".

A GOACHING GYM is much like a regular gym in that GOACHING GYM members can use the gym as much (or as little) as needed.

GOACHING GYM members are free to call (or SKYPE) in for a coaching session (up to 15 minutes in length) anytime the Coaching Gym is open which is usually Tuesday and Thursday from 2-5 pm EST. If the line is busy it means I'm coaching someone so just leave a message and I'll return your call.

Participants can also choose to schedule a coaching session. In this situation, I'll call you at the number and time you specify.

There will be times when the Coaching Gym is closed due to my vacation, travel and training schedule. I'll announce when the Coaching Gym will be closed or rescheduled. You can expect the Coaching Gym to be open 42 weeks out of the year.

As Your Coach I Will:

1. Help you set better goals and then reach those goals.
2. Ask you to do more than you would have done on your own.
3. Help you create greater focus to produce results quicker.
4. Provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more.
5. Help you anticipate obstacles and then help you navigate around them.
6. Act as an objective sounding board - - telling you the truth as I see it. 


 

COACHING BY EMAIL

Sometimes scheduling a 15 minute phone coaching session will be more than you need. Perhaps you're looking for a quick idea, suggestion or resource so you can get back on track. This is where coaching via email is super handy.

As a GOACHING GYM member, you'll have access to an exclusive email address for Tom Heck. When a message comes through that email address it takes top priority.

Coaching via email is also very convenient. Let's say you're up at 1 am working on a project and a thought crosses your mind, just send Tom an email and he will answer it.

Every leader and business owner goes through periods of being super busy. There will be times when it's much easier and way more convenient to send an email then to receive coaching by phone or Skype.

Emails will be answered within 24 hours of receipt on a coaching day (Tuesday & Thursday).

 

PRIVATE COACHING FORUM

Want to bounce an idea off objective, but very knowledgeable people? Need help finding a specific
resource or contact? Would you like to receive inspiration from others who are "on the path" (enrolled in the GOACHING GYM program)?

Inside the IATF Members Only Area you'll have access to a special "Forum" where you can post specific questions and get coaching from fellow GOACHING GYM members.

No doubt you already have a network of friends and colleagues. But are they committed to personal and leadership development like you? Have they dedicated themselves to putting what they learn into action? As a GOACHING GYM member you'll be joining a group of people who are playing a bigger game and this Private Coaching Forum allows you to tap into the wisdom and power of this community.

MONTHLY  MASTERMIND  CALLS

The term "Mastermind" was first used by Napoleon Hill, author of "Think And Grow Rich", one of the bestselling personal development books of all time.

Hill defines a Mastermind as: Coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.

For the purposes of the COACHING GYM membership community, a Mastermind Call is simply a gathering of program participants on a private teleconference line that allows all in attendance to talk and be heard. Head coach Tom Heck acts as the host and leader and the topics covered are determined by who shows up and the issues or questions they bring with them.

Participants in the Mastermind calls will leave each session re-energized, full of ideas and new possibilities, and highly committed. Something amazing happens when you are in a group of like- minded people who are working toward similar goals.

When you have several people brainstorming a project, incredible breakthroughs happen. The mastermind group coaching calls will allow you to reach a level of accomplishment you could never achieve on your own.
