The 7-week Leader As Coach program is described HERE
Having worked with many teams and their leaders I can say with great certainty that THE MOST EFFECTIVE way to lead a team is to use the "Coach Approach".
The Coach Approach to building and leading teams is what you'll learn in the Leader As Coach Fast Track Program.
Q. Is this a coach training or certification program?
In the 7-week Leader As Coach Fast Track Program you'll learn how to lead using a powerful "coach approach" although you will not become a coach. Becoming a coach requires years of training and practice and work with a mentor coach.
The Leader As Coach Fast Track Program does not provide you with a "certification".
