I am very interested in the Internship and the opportunity to expand my leadership and teambuilding skills. Can you please ellaborate on the "work on a fixed schedule with our Director of Marketing and Community Development" as I have a full time career and would not want to apply for the position if I am unable to complete the requirements due to time constraints.

I would be very interested as well. I have a full time position as Director or Quality and OD for a small rural medical center. I am not enrolled yet for my degree but plan to ... 25 years experience in the T&D/OD field and would love to see what you are doing... Running high level organization teams so have a good "laboratory" for testing of materials....thanks for your consideration.

@Tami We are actively seeking individuals who are motivated to develop a real sense of community within the IATF. Fixed schedule means that the individual would have to commit to a set time frame. Since we are receiving applications from all over the world... time and time zones are not a factor just consistency. An ideal candidate has a passion for teamwork and working knowledge of new media engagement tools.

@ Barbara Your background in T&D/OD is on point. The really key to this internship is to develop an individuals new media and web 2.0 skills and show off their creativity and ideation abilities in getting the ITAF Community engaged, informed, participating and starting the conversations that matter around developing high performance teams. I would invite you to send a resume/compelling story to apply for the team at [email protected]

I have been involved with the Learning & Growth sector for the past 7 years and my dream is for my people of Burma (all nationalities) to be given a similar opportunity to see and understand that if and when we new insights are presented with compassion, we will truly improve our values and how each and everyone indeed in their own ways contribute to our society.

I'm interested to work with you on this Internship program. In 2007 I graduated and earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Transformational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Currently I live in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. I founded my own foundation and a learning center and work as adjunct professor in several universities and also speakers for various seminars and interpreter for English speaking speakers/preachers who came to Indonesia.

I love to keep learning and I'd like to develop a team-building program that will be able to help the leaders in various aspects/areas of their fields. I would imagine that working with you as intern, will enrich my knowledge and experience. Please let me know the the details information and requirement needed for this internship program. I appreciate that.

Sincerely,
Ariella H. Sinjaya

Thank you very much for this opportunity, and I love your program very much. So much that my heart skipped a beat at the sight of the word "internships."

I'd like to participate, BUT I think, with my schedule as president of a student organization this schoolyear, I will not be able to commit a lot of time for the four-month program. I can already foresee a lot of conflicts in our schedule of activities. And, on top of that, I go home late in the evening. But I am hoping to participate in some, for my organization is also very focused on organizational and community development, management, and leadership.

Thank you for everything!

Sincerely,
Nina Cerissa Soliman

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve as a intern in your program. I have attended many of your teleseminars over the past few years and have taken a great deal of the information and shared it with my peers. My work experience includes many years in various coaching and leadership roles with major insurance companies. I feel I can always learn and grow from new experiences and more specifically interactions with leaders and coaching in different industries than my own. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to participate in this internship program.
